Highway 400 Widening from 0.2km North of the 19th Sideroad to 0.9km North of South Canal Bridges for 3.15 km. The contract involves the staged widening and grading of Highway 400 from a 6-lane cross-section, to accommodate a future 10-lane cross-section that will include a median HOV lane in each direction. This contract includes reconstruction of the Highway 400 / 9 interchange, including new underpass structure at Highway 9 and replacement of the South Canal Road Overpass Structures.
