The contract involved rehabilitation of Hwy 427 northbound collector lanes from the QEW to Hwy 401. Roadwork included repairs to concrete driving lanes utilizing fast track concrete, high early strength concrete and precast concrete slabs as required, concrete pavement and resurfacing with 50mm Superpave 12.5 FC2 surface course for the entire length of the NB collector lanes. Structure work involved rehabilitation of 14 roadway bridge structures and 5 retaining walls. Electrical work included 4 traffic signal locations and various ATMS installations.
